I'm aware there is planning involved with various house conversions, will you deal with this?

I'm interested in a conversion project, how competitive are your prices?
Our prices are kept competative all year round, we have our own work shop and we only use the highest quality building materials, we do not rent or borrow maintenance tools like many other companies do.
On average, how long does a loft or garage conversion take?
This really does depend on the job in-hand, from past experience this can take from 5 week to 7 weeks (on average) and 2 - 3 weeks for garages.
Will a loft conversion be a good investment?
Most definatley, Yes. A loft conversion adds more to the value to your property than any other conversion and really makes use of wasted space, unlike extensions which take up garden space.
